In a magnificent landscape of greenery with birds on a background - fountain plan and architectural elements two birds linger on the edge of a stream.

Very rich border with garlands of flowers and foliage and fruit.

The exceptional preservation of the colours of the wools and silks, their freshness, their liveliness, their contrast from the darkest to the lightest tones, brings to this tapestry a lot of warmth and relief and luminosity.

It is an excellent example of the most beautiful so-called "green" tapestries woven in the Brussels workshops.
